The editor is inviting the submission of articles for the Winter 2011 issue of the BayNet Newsletter. The articles should fall within the scope of public, special, academic, school, and corporate librarianship.
The first draft deadline is Friday February 25th, 2011. Many articles have already been accepted for this issue, but there is still space for a few more.
Have you attended a library related event recently that you would like to review?
Are you working on any special projects that you feel would be of interest to other libraries or librarians?
Do you have a program, event, or service you would like to advertise in the Newsletter?
Would you like to submit an article about your library or a special collection you have?
Have you recently given a presentation at a conference or prepared a poster session that would be appropriate to publish as a journal article?
BayNet cannot publish a Newsletter without our member’s contributions! Please consider writing a piece for the publication. The Newsletter is posted on the BayNet website in PDF format making it accessible to a wide audience. This is a great opportunity to have your work published where it will be accessible to your colleagues and potential employers!
