“Playing with Fire: Education for the 21st Century”

A conversation with Lewis H. Lapham, editor of Lapham’s Quarterly, a magazine of history and ideas. Editor Emeritus and National Correspondent for Harper’s Magazine, Mr. Lapham is the author of numerous books, including Money and Class in America, Theater of War, Gag Rule, and, most recently, Pretensions to Empire, and Michael Krasny, host of KQED’s Forum and Professor of English at San Francisco State University.
