EVENT: Fact vs. Fiction—Immigration 101 for Librarians, September 28, SF

Don’t miss this special training at Biblioteca Para La Gente’s September 28th meeting at South San Francisco Library.

Staff from US Citizenship and Immigration Services will provide a general overview of how to obtain a green card, basic definitions to clear up misconceptions about the immigration process, a review of U.S. citizenship and the USCIS website, and how to avoid becoming a victim of immigration fraud.

This training will begin promptly at 10:30 and run to noon. It will be preceded by a short BPLG meeting beginning at 9:30 which is also open those interested.
