The County is seeking a talented County Librarian for its award winning library system known for excellence and innovation. The successful candidate will be inclusive and collaborative with a proven performance record. Other leadership skills include strategic thinking, excellent communications and results-driven. An exceptional manager, the County Librarian will lead a modern library that is responsive to its patrons. Bachelor and graduate degrees from schools accredited by American Library Association and 3 years experience serving as Director, Assistant/Deputy of major library department are required (see brochure for full details).
Salary range is up to $171,002 annually, and supplemented by an attractive benefits package that includes CCCERA retirement plan, health plans and various leaves.
