JOB: Acquisitions Associate, California College of the Arts, San Francisco and Oakland

The Library Technician – Acquisitions position is responsible for purchasing operations for all campus libraries. This includes purchasing of all types of library materials for the collections, as well as supplies and other items purchased for the libraries. Purchasing is managed both in the libraries’ ILS (Koha), and in Workday Financial. Additionally, this position manages accounts with vendors, assists in tracking and reporting library expenditures, serves as the office manager for all libraries, coordinates material gifts to the libraries, and assists with collection management projects. Other duties include circulation desk coverage as needed.
