Join your BayNet colleagues Friday, May 11th for our Annual Event and Meeting!

Aaron is the co-author of the ALA Book Useful, Usable, Desirable that identifies the 19 critical touchpoints for libraries. This presentation will help libraries discover ways to improve their physical spaces, websites, service points, signage, and marketing.
