Content and inquiry specialist shall perform posting, research, and inquiry tasks to support our internal knowledge management portal. Specific job tasks include:
- Handling research inquiries that come from either co-workers in MCI or from Adobe executives
- Posting syndicated and other research to the knowledge portal, to ensure the knowledge portal is constantly updated with new and valuable data and insights that can drive business decisions
- Curating our internal collections of research, to ensure they reflect the current focus of each business unit or job role
- Training those in MCI and elsewhere in the company on how to best leverage the portal: ensure they understand what’s available on the portal and elsewhere that will help them conduct impactful research that builds on what is already known.
- Familiarity with Northern Light platform is a strong plus.
