The Late Night Help Desk Supervisor position is a temporary, two-week position during “Dead Week” and Finals Week, December 2, 2019 – December 13, 2019. Working Monday through Friday, 2 a.m. to 7 a.m., the Late Night Help Desk Supervisor manages the Santa Clara University Learning Commons during its overnight hours of operation. The position requires some knowledge of library operations and the ability to provide accurate, timely, and courteous service in a diverse environment.
