The Late Night Help Desk Supervisor position is a temporary, two-week position during “Dead Week” and Finals Week, March 9, 2020 – March 20, 2020. Working Monday through Friday, 2 a.m. to 7 a.m., the Late Night Help Desk Supervisor manages the Santa Clara University Learning Commons during the overnight hours for this two-week period. The position requires some knowledge of library operations and the ability to provide accurate, timely, and courteous service in a diverse environment.
