Description: COVID-19 has turned everything inside out. A lot of programs, meetings, and training have been flipped online. Concerns about surveillance and privacy of users are on the rise. In addition, the state of CA has recently passed the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). What does this all mean for libraries, library workers and for our users? In this online discussion, we welcome all interested in talking about privacy resources and strategies. Facilitators include those who have participated in the Library Freedom Institute (LFI) and will share their experiences and perspectives. All are welcome to attend! This session will not be recorded.
