for this event. Guests and non-members are welcome to attend. We are offering a special rate for students, retirees and those who are unemployed.

Where and When?

  • Wednesday, December 6, 6:00-7:30pm
  • Mechanics’ Institute, 57 Post Street in San Francisco, 4th floor meeting room.
  • Check in with the security guard in the building lobby
  • The registration and ticket purchase deadline is Monday, December 4 at 5:00 p.m.

The Mechanics’ Institute is steps from the Montgomery Bart station. Use the One Post exit for easy access to the Mechanics’ Institute.
Parking: Close by parking at the Hearst Garage on 3rd Street @ Jessie or at the SFMOMA garage on Minna @ 3rd Street. Check out the SpotHero app for pricing, reservations, and other options.
Also, parking meters on Post Street, West of Kearny Street (a few blocks towards Union Square) are free after 6:00 p.m. The parking meters on Montgomery Street aren’t free until after 7:00 p.m.

Dinner will be catered by Oren’s Hummus, authentic Israeli food. We will enjoy chicken or
vegetarian skewers, authentic hummus, Israeli salad, green cabbage salad, turmeric-spiced basmati rice, and baked pita. For dessert an assortment of cookies and other sweets. Beverages include sparking water and a selection of hot teas.
